Delegates 101

Delegates 101 is the wrong title. Once you buy it, the title of the document inside the Delegates 101 folder is: "Intro to using delegates to create a plugin API". That is the more descriptive title of what the document is all about. The document is 12 pages long in the pdf form. Nine pages are devoted to the plugin API, 2 pages to a basic example, one page to a transition between the basic example and the plugin API. The main description on the RBLibrary page ends with "... and also how to use them to provide an plugin API for your software". Three quarters of the document devoted to a plugin API is not what I expected. I'm sure if what I was actually looking for was a discussion of a plugin API with delegates, then this would be very helpful.
